With well known local baker, Tracey Jefferey
Over an open fire in the original 17th century hearth of Denvir’s of Downpatrick, well known local baker, Tracey Jefferey will outline the history and demonstrate the art of traditional bread making. Then, using their own individual griddles, guests will have the opportunity to get their hands floury as they make their own bread, under the supervision of Tracey.
Inclusions :
Tea / coffee and homemade barmbrack on arrival.
A full interactive baking experience with all ingredients and utensils provide.
Breads baked can be taken home after along with a menu, (or enjoyed hot, and fresh with lunch).
Two course lunch of local cuisine.
Duration – 2 hours.
