£30 per person includes materials. Each person will leave with a 4L container of their own mead and full instructions.
Come along and make your own demijohn of Viking mead, under the instruction of local foraging and hedgerow cuisine tutor Alison McGrenaghan and Norway's own Oddgeir Lutzen. Instructions, equipment and materials all provided and students will take away their own handmade, 4 litre casket, of the glorious golden liquid, to ferment at home. This is a fun workshop and no prior experience of brewing is required, just a "have a go" attitude.
